The Colorifics have crawled out of the recording cave to rediscover why we love playing live music.... our fans! St. Augustines was packed and lively, and we made quite a few new friends!

Thanks for dancing along, forming conga lines and doing sing-a-longs with us! We'll be revisiting the "bass solo!" at our next gig for all those that are interested in ripping it up with us.

I can't believe another year has passed! But we're back at it, gigging at St Augustine's on Commercial Drive on Jan 22, and we've already booked ourselves into the popular In the House Festival happening early June (we perform June 5).  Look out for us on the Sunshine Coast at various venues throughout the spring (dates to be finalized soon). We will really be hitting the stages once we're done recording our new album, to be out soon! Also check out our increased web presence as we enter the Facebook world! 

That's right folks, the long awaited new album will out for sale and in your hot little hands by JUNE (so don't miss our appearance at In the House Festival June 5th to get one of the first sold copies!).  Check back on our site periodically for some song teasers that we'll be putting up as we finish tracking, mixing and mastering songs! 

The Colorifics had the honor of playing to happy crowds on Canada Day at yet another Jazz Fest! I love this venue because of the large international draw and the eagerness of the crowd to get into the music! (check out the pictures of us having too much fun on stage!)
